Whether a client is repeating negative patterns, trying to find a nourishing life direction, or struggling with more severe mental health issues, individual therapy has been proven to help people overcome these types of struggles. I combine a depth-oriented, psychodynamic approach with relational therapy. This means I focus individual therapy on deepening connections with others and understanding the root causes of disconnections. In this process, I encourage both insightful exploration and practical ideas as well. I take pride in my flexibility as a therapist, and I also take pride in being someone who helps people feel comfortable in the process quickly. It shouldn't take a year to feel safe in a therapist's office.
